By accessing or using REZO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Kyros Solutions. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Kyros Solutions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use REZO. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

RE ZO is not intended for and must not be used by anyone under 18. If we discover an account belongs to a minor, it will be immediately suspended and deleted.

You are responsible for:

— Keeping your login credentials secure
— All activity that occurs under your account
— Providing accurate information during onboarding and in your profile
— Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

— Harass, threaten, or harm other users
— Impersonate any person or entity
— Upload false or misleading profile information
— Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the matching algorithm
— Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
— Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written consent
— Transmit illegal, offensive, or harmful content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

REZO generates compatibility scores based on your quiz responses. These scores are probabilistic assessments, not guarantees of relationship quality or safety.

We do not guarantee that you will form meaningful connections through the platform. Compatibility scores are tools, not predictions.

You acknowledge that in-person meetings arranged through REZO are solely at your own risk. We strongly recommend standard personal safety practices for any first meeting.

All content, design, code, and psychometric frameworks on the platform are the intellectual property of Kyros Solutions unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of content you create (messages, profile text). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed in the app. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion, except where required by applicable consumer law.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, for legal compliance, or if the Service is discontinued.

Upon termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

REZO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. We do not conduct background checks on users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyros Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
